Privacy Policy

PawDose collects no personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal details with us.

All data you enter into PawDose — including pet names, medication schedules, dose history, and adherence scores — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks and your personal iCloud account.

If you have iCloud enabled, your PawDose data will sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch through Apple's iCloud service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not have access to your iCloud data. We have no servers, databases, or backend infrastructure that stores your information.

When you use RxScan to scan a prescription label, the image is processed entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence (on-device AI). No images or prescription data are sent to our servers or any third party.

Camera access is only requested when you initiate a scan. You can revoke camera permission at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

PawDose uses push notifications to remind you of upcoming medication doses. Notification scheduling happens entirely on your device using Apple's local notification system. No notification data is sent to external servers.

We do not use any analytics tools, crash reporting services, or advertising SDKs. There is no third-party code in PawDose that tracks your behavior or collects any data.

We do not use cookies, pixel trackers, or any other tracking technologies — on this website or in the app.

We do not sell, share, trade, or otherwise disclose any information to third parties — because we don't collect any information to begin with.

PawDose is appropriate for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 or under any applicable age threshold.

If we ever update this privacy policy in a material way, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the app.
